The Villa at Hog Hollow Country Lodge is situated 400m from the main lodge on our private nature reserve, with breathtaking views over the indigenous Tsitsikamma Forest and Mountains. Suitable for a family of 6 or 2 couples travelling together. The Villa is set on the steep forest verge, amidst a lush indigenous garden. (Total area of villa: 260m² excluding outside areas)

An ideal house for families travelling through the Garden Route: The master bedroom downstairs is a retreat for mum and dad, while the two rooms upstairs adjoin the games room (complete with a pool table and table tennis & family board games) providing an excellent space for the children. There is a swimming pool, barbeque facilities and a central eating area, all in all creating a private holiday haven.
Note:
- The swimming pool area is unfenced but it does have a protective covering over it. It is a rim-flow pool and children are not permitted to run across the rim. Parents and/or guardians are please to ensure that their children are strictly attended to at all times while in the pool vicinity.
- There is a half metre drop off from the lounge area deck to the garden below, parents and/or guardians are please to ensure that their children are supervised in this area.

Main Bedroom: Downstairs (43m²)
King-size extra-length bed (or twin bedded) configuration. Fireplace, access onto pool deck with outside shower area and views of the indigenous forest. Walk-in cupboard. Bathroom en-suite: bath with hand shower, separate shower, twin basins, opens onto a private Zen garden.
2nd Bedroom: Upstairs (40m²)
King-size extra-length bed (or twin bedded), overlooking the forest and mountains, en-suite bathroom with bath & separate shower and single basin.
3rd Bedroom: Upstairs (21m²)
King-size extra-length bed (or twin bedded) with views over the forest and mountains, en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combination and single basin.

DSTV, DVD & Video facilities, Pool Table & Table Tennis table and a selection of board games.
Lounge: Downstairs (45 m²)
Spacious, sunny lounge: comfortable leather furniture, drinks cabinet, music system, DSTV and DVD player, fireplace and wooden deck area with magnificent views over the valley, forest and mountains.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Downstairs (30 m²)
Modern glossy black and stainless steel finishes and an open plan design lends itself to a sociable food preparation and dining area which forms the social hub of this home. Inside/outside dining, an 8-seater wooden dining table, candles, lanterns and access to the veranda and pool area via wooden stack-sliding doors will ensure that you spend many hours enjoying this area.
Pool Deck and Veranda (covered area 42 m², open deck 27 m², concrete open patio/barbeque area 50 m²)
Rim Flow pool: 8.5m x 4m (depth 2m) enjoys morning and afternoon sun, and perfectly compliments the adjoining outside fireplace with built-in benches and day beds with a view.

Terms and Conditions:
- RATES: Include a full farmhouse breakfast. Include VAT at the current rate of 14%. Subject to change without prior notice.
- ARRIVAL: is at 14h00
- DEPARTURE: is at 11h00
- MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: two nights. From 16 Dec to 10 Jan minimum three nights’ stay.
- DEPOSITS: 100% of total cost of stay 30 days prior to stay, or a valid credit card number with expiry date. MasterCard & Visa cards - we require the three digit code. No AMEX or DINERS cards are accepted for payment from Agents/Operators.
- CANCELLATIONS: Between seven and 30 days before arrival will result in 50% of total cost being withheld. Cancellations within six days of arrival, there will be no refund. Premature departures: we may charge for the full extent of stay which was booked & confirmed. A written confirmation assumes unconditional agreement of these terms. Cancellations must be received in writing.
